Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business avenues through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current clients.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
- Attend industry events and local activities to promote AR Corporates.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams for tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, CRM data, and key performance metrics.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–3 years in business development / sales (freshers with strong drive can apply).
- Good market research, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using CRM and basic sales analytics tools.
- Self‑motivated, resourceful, and able to work under pressure.
